What do you do? Nothing. You do your job, same as always.

What these two do with their personal lives is WELL outside your circle of control. Let them make their own choices.

You have two options.

1) It’s none of your business. Ignore it. Do your job. Say nothing. They’re going to do what they do regardless of how you feel about it, so there is no point in having any feelings about it at all.

2) Quit your job. If you can’t live with it, this is your only choice. You have no power to change their behavior, so if it bothers you so much your only choice is to remove yourself from the situation that makes you feel uncomfortable.

By the way, recording people without their consent is a criminal act. You will be fired and possibly prosecuted if they find out about it. Since you have already crossed this line, I’d suggest you quit the job before you do something that could end you up in jail.

It’s none of your business, and your behavior has been every bit as creepy as theirs. If this really bothers you, start looking for a new job. You are not the morality police.

Edit: In fact, I say start looking for a new job anyway, This sort of thing always comes to light on its own and with a 3 person office, senior management may decide to start over with all new people. It’s better to be prepared, and you ‘ll be much more comfortable in a new position.

Hell next time I’d set up a _video_ camera. Sure, it is likely against the law where you live. That’s why you don’t go to a web site and admit it to the world. Save the tape for entertainment and/or blackmail.

Oh, I missed the point of your question, you say? Do nothing. That’s between him and his wife. For all you know the 23 year old chick goes home with the both of them.
