I would think not, since a judge may have to interpret it if there is a problem.

Yes. But if either party cannot understand it, and it is not translated with a statement as to which language and state law controls, then that contract, or some parts of it, might not be enforceable.

You can’t do that. You can have the entire contract written in 2 languages, not just parts.
