When I click “print”, the entire message is one line long and it scrolls across the screen. I need it to print like it looks in the original message. I copy it into notepad, then break the lines manually, but is there some setting I should be able to access? Print manager seems to send the text willy nilly and then it’s not right on the page, with huge spaces and no line breaks.

Notepad isn’t a great program.
Try using Wordpad or installing Open Office and then printing from one of those text editors.
