Go to your desktop.
Click on Start > Control Panel > Printers and Faxes
Find the printer that you want to share and right click on it. Click on “sharing” and then click on “Share this printer”.

you have to first setup a wireless home network. i assume you already have a wireless router in place. you have to go to go start>connect to>show all connections>setup home or small office network.
run through setup on both comptuers. make sure the network/workgroup is the same for both computers.
restart.
on the laptop:
start>control panel>printers and faxes>add a printer>
choose the option for a network printer, then select your printer from the list.
then you’re good.

The wireless printer has to be set up and as well you may have to install the printer software from the manufacturer
