I am looking for a portable receipt printer.

but the amazon categorizes it as “Label Printer”. My question whether a label printer could be used as receipt printer, by simply using different paper?

Great question. I guest most of us just know that, but YES…It is the same, and should work fine.
FYI: I have never used THAT printer you are looking at, but have seen it before. I think you would be happy with it , and it is a good price.
