Subject created by jimbeam958: How do I save a web page in a file?

Is there any way that I can save an entire web page to a file that I can view later without printing it? I tried print to file but I just found out that its just for the printer to read. I also know about print screen, but that will only give me whats on the screen and not the whole page. I wanna be able to see what the printer “sees” without printing it.

That’s easy. Press File at the top of your web browser (If its not there press Alt and it should come up). Click Save As. Select the File Type as Webpage Complete. Name it whatever you want… and TADA! You saved a webpage. Its not available in a file (or more sometimes) wherever you saved it!

Also, an advantage to this is you don’t need an internet connection to view that webpage again.

open internet explorer and when you want to save the file just go to file and save as. Then it will put everything on your computer.
