I know what to do and everything but here is the problem,
first you go to the control panel.
click hardware & sound.
the first thing that will show up is Devices & Printers.
Click on that- then you will see “add printer” “add device” and lasty “mouse”
so here is the problem, to edit your cursor you have to click MOUSE but everytime I click mouse nothing will open. it shows that i’ve clicked it but nothing opens up.
and it is the same thing with my volume, i click the volume icon to lower or higher the volume, but since it wont open i have to press buttons on my windows computer.
PLEASE HELP ME!

Try restarting your computer. Then try it.

1. Open your control panel
2. Click on the “Mouse” icon.
3. Click on the “Pointers’” tab
4. Choose the cursor you desire -> Use Default
